Dr. Haacke is an internationally recognized leader, pioneer and trendsetter in the MRI industry who has invested 30 years of his research in developing and implementing powerful imaging sequences and related image processing algorithms, with a special emphasis on dementia, multiple sclerosis, stroke and TBI.

While sharing the same surname with Dr. Haacke, he and Mr. Haacke are cousins once removed. Only through some interest in family history did they eventually meet for the first time 8 years ago and find they had some common ground in business interests.  Mr. Haacke has over 15 years’ experience in commercialization of research and enterprise software sales. He serves on the advisory board of 2 scientific research organizations and holds the role of Global Sales Director in a multi-national $2B software company. Mr. Haacke is supporting the business planning, business development, product positioning, commercialization and sales with the ambition to take on a senior position in the company upon funding.

Mr. Detwiler has spent his career commercializing and growing early stage technologies and companies across a range of industries. Most recently, he served as Associate Director of Innovations at Henry Ford Health System, where he led the development and commercialization of the System's digital health portfolio.  Prior to Henry Ford, Detwiler helped launch two startup technology companies in digital advertising and predictive analytics, where he managed product design, business development, and capital attraction. Detwiler has also worked in Google’s Business and Industrial Markets team.  As part of the MR Innovations team, Detwiler has been focused on business development strategy, financial forecasting, and growth capital attraction. Detwiler is actively involved in pilot partner attraction, investor relations, and go-to-market strategy execution.  He holds an MBA from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Mr. Moran has both practiced law and been in the corporate finance and start up industry all of his profession life.  He has started and sold six companies in recycling, recycled molding, recycled asphalt, pallet manufacturing, and plastics manufacturing.  In his legal practice, he has acted as general counsel for a multibillion dollar international transportation company and has argued corporate and benefits cases in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 11th Circuits, U.S. district courts across the country, numerous state courts and in the Canadian federal court and before the Chief Justice of the Ontario Supreme Court by leave.

Edward Caner, MS
Mr. Caner practices and teaches innovation processes in early stage science and technology strategy courses. He has helped raise more than $30M in growth capital over the last five years for start-up firms in the US Midwest states.
Research Commercialization
Mr. Russell has been involved in strategic management for medical marketing operations in JDM Company. He was responsible to plan, launch, and profitably run a new acute-care hospital, The BCOM, and served as its CEO and a Board Member.  Serving on the Management Team of a $2.1B global manufacturing company, he was involved in operational and strategy development and implementation.

Dr. Benson is a highly regarded behavioral neurologist and imaging Neuroscientist. He is recognized for developing new, more effective treatments for incapacitating brain disorders (TBI, MS and stroke) through the use of advanced, functional MRI methods and targeted electrical/magnetic stimulation of the brain in motor and language impairment following stroke.  Since 2004, Dr. Benson has worked closely with Dr. Haacke to develop and validate advanced imaging methods to detect traumatic injuries in mild cases of closed head injury.
Randall Benson, MD
Dr. Hewett practices interventional medicine and has extensive experience in all aspects of minimally invasive surgery including peripheral arterial interventions, treatment of venous insufficiency and varicose veins, vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, radiofrequency ablation, chemoembolization, radioembolization, uterine artery embolization, vascular salvage for dialysis access, venous access, and spine stimulator implantation.
